Where is my order?
Our orders have a processing time of 1–2 business days and an average delivery time of 6–9 business days after processing.
This is because we are a company that cares about the environment and reducing unnecessary shipping. Instead of sending out small batches every day, we ship orders in larger groups once a minimum threshold is reached.

It has been 9 business days and I still haven’t received my order
We’re sorry to hear that this has happened. Have you already checked your Track & Trace information? Sometimes packages can be delayed at customs.
Please allow an additional 7 days for delivery. In about 95% of cases, the package still arrives within this timeframe.
If your order still hasn’t arrived after that, please contact us and we will work together to find a solution.
Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails may sometimes end up there.
Keep in mind that it may take a few business days before the Track & Trace information becomes active.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the Track & Trace number you received by email. Simply enter the code on our Track Your Order page to view the status of your delivery.
I’m not satisfied with my order
Please contact us and include a short explanation along with photos or videos of the issue. Our team will review your request and help you as quickly as possible.
